What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy for domestic orders and a 30-day return policy for global orders. This means you have 15 to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What are the conditions for returning an item?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@anavarana.in. Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Additionally, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

What should I do if my item is damaged or I received the wrong item?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@anavarana.in if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

How do exchanges work?

To exchange an item, first return the item you have by following our return process. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the ordered item.

What is the European Union 3-day cooling off period?

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do refunds work?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What should I do if I haven’t received my refund?

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@anavarana.in.
